Emergency Services – 911 Dialing:

  1. Location Information Requirement: When you register for our cloud phone services, you are required to provide us with the physical address where you will use our service. This address is used to route 911 calls to your local emergency service providers.
  2. Limitation on 911 Calls: Our cloud phone service allows you to make 911 calls. However, when you dial 911, the address that you provided during registration is what will be conveyed to emergency responders as your location. For this reason, it is crucial that you only use our service for 911 calls if you are physically located at the address you provided during registration.
  3. Recommendation against 911 Use Outside Registered Address: We do not recommend using our cloud phone service for 911 calls if you are not at the location you registered with us. If you move or are otherwise at a different location, it is your responsibility to update your registered address with us before using our service to dial 911.
  4. Liability: We shall not be held responsible or liable for any service outages, failures, delays, errors, misroutes, or any other harm or damages that arise from or relate to your use of our service for 911 calls, including but not limited to those that result from your failure to provide or update accurate location information. You hereby waive any and all such claims or causes of action, arising from or relating to the use of our service to dial 911, against us, our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or licensors.
  5. Acknowledgment: By using our cloud phone service, you acknowledge and understand the limitations of 911 dialing as described in this provision and accept the risks associated with such limitations.
