All plans have unlimited national (USA) minutes. There is a limit on the number of simultaneous phone calls. We call these “Cloud Phone Lines”. You need to purchase the amount of Cloud Phone Lines you expect to need for your business, but at least one is required. Feel free to call to discuss if you’re not sure how many you need.
Typically, one or two for small teams is enough. 3-5 or so for teams around 20 people. Large businesses might need 20 or more. The quantity you need will depend on how phone-heavy your business is.
